PURPOSE: A system time managing apparatus is provided to comprehensively control, monitor and manage an overall system without an occurrence of error in a data processing by synchronizing a system time of each node constituting a system network with a system time of a time management(TMN). CONSTITUTION: An agent module(130) is connected to each of mobile exchanges(10,20,30) on a real time basis by using a CMIS(common management information service). A time module(110) receives a system time applied on a real time basis from the plurality of mobile exchangers(10,20,30) by the agent module(130) and calculates whether they are synchronized. A TMN(time management)(100) includes a command module(120) for outputting a correction command of a system time to the mobile exchangers(10,20,30) of which system time are determined not having been synchronized according to a calculation of the time module(110). The mobile exchangers(10,20,30) respectively include an upper connection module(14) which makes a data communication of a system time with the agent module(130) on a real time basis.
