PURPOSE: A telemetering data collecting method using an indoor line except a power line is provided to freely collect checked data regardless of time and place, and the condition of the power line with maintaining a high degree of reliability. CONSTITUTION: The telemetering data collecting system using an indoor line except a power line is comprised of receptors having meters to be checked in a telemetering manner; collection control transmission devices for receiving and calculating pulse signals from the meters to make inspection data in a signal form; and a relay transmission device for processing signals from an indoor line as a signal passage to restore the checked data and sending the data to a collection center through an internet network.
