PURPOSE: A structure for preventing noise of a manual lever is provided to reduce operation noise of the manual lever by improving a stopper of a select lever and a contact part of a return spring. CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing noise of a manual lever includes a manual lever(1), a select lever(3), a return spring(11), and a noise preventing part(17). The select lever has a side hinged to the manual lever to transmit select operating force to a transmission according to select operation of the manual lever and rotate vertically, and the other side rotating and sliding on a shaft(5). The return spring returns the select lever rotating and sliding on the shaft. The noise preventing part is interposed between a stopper(13) of the select lever and the return spring to reduce contact noise generated between the return spring and the stopper of the select lever.
