PURPOSE: A device for preventing leaning of loaded goods is provided to prevent leaning of loaded goods by stably fixing goods by mounting a rectangular link at the central portion of a loading case. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing leaning of loaded goods includes three or four leaning preventing parts. The leaning preventing parts are mounted in forward and backward directions of the center of a truck loading case. The leaning preventing part has a link case(6) in the form of a hexahedral box and a rectangular link(7) mounted on the link case. The link case has a link load hole formed in an upper surface of the link case. The link load hole has a link hole(8) formed in a lower surface, so that the link is vertically moved inside the link hole.
