PURPOSE: A hot water heating system and method for installing heating hot water pipe for the same are provided to prevent the heating hot water pipe from coming off a floor by pressing the heating hot water pipe with fixtures, thereby improving the heating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for installing heating hot water pipe for a hot water system comprises the steps of: mounting an insulation layer(20) on a lower structure body(10); disposing continuous S-shaped heating hot water pipes(50) on the insulation layer(20); disposing fixtures(30) on the heating hot water pipe(50) at a determined distance and pressing the heating hot water pipe(50) to the fixtures(30); and mounting a regeneration layer(60) on the heating layer(20) and filling up the heating hot water pipe(50) and fixtures(30) into the regeneration layer(60).
