METHOD FOR MEASURING ELEVATION OF ZINC PLATING BATH

PURPOSE: A method for measuring elevation of a zinc plating bath is provided to accurately measure level of a zinc plating solution contained in the plating bath during plating. CONSTITUTION: The method for measuring elevation of a zinc plating bath comprises the processes of determining a constant value(α) for a triangular area formed by first and second electrode rods(1,2) lower parts of which are submerged into a molten plating solution(8), and which are covered by an insulator; determining a constant value(β) which is an elevation from the bottom of the plating bath(5) to an end point of the lower part of the insulator of the electrode rod(1); and measuring a height of the plating solution by dividing the constant value(α) by the measured resistance value(R), and adding the constant value(β) to the constant value(α) divided by the resistance value(R) after reading a resistance value(R) measured by a resistance measuring meter(3) connected to the first and second electrode rods(1,2).
