PURPOSE: A structure of an air bypass valve for an engine is provided to remarkably reduce the noise generated when the air in an intercooler is exhausted to an air cleaner through an air bypass valve by mounting a mesh filter. CONSTITUTION: A structure of an air bypass valve for an engine comprises an air inlet(10) communicated with an intercooler, an air outlet(11) communicated with an air cleaner, valve plate(12) making an air in the intercooler bypass thorough the air outlet toward the air cleaner by opening and shutting off the air inlet in response to the change if the air pressure of a surge tank and a turbo charger, and a mesh filter(20) reducing the noise by dispersing the air exhausted to the air outlet.
