摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner producing method by which the occurrence of a fogging is suppressed under a low-temperature and low-humidity environment, a developer carrier is uniformly coated with toner and toner particles can be efficiently and uniformly triboelectrified. SOLUTION: A mechanical pulverizer 301 is provided with a powder charge port 311 for charging coarse powder, a stator 310, a rotator 314 attached to a center rotary shaft, and a powder discharge port 302 for discharging fine powder from a pulverizing means. The stator includes the rotator and the surface of the stator and the surface of the rotator form a pulverizing zone to have a specified gap. The rotator and the stator have a projecting part in specified corrugated shape and a recessed part between the projecting parts, and the recessed part of at least either one of the rotator and the stator has a flat surface at a bottom part, and the surface roughness of the pulverizing surface of the rotator and/or the stator satisfies Ra>=2.0μm [Ra is the average roughness of a center line].</p>
