摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vibro-isolating bush that can secure the area of an end face of an inner cylinder more largely than before, when the diameter of an end part of an inner cylinder is enlarged by cold forming after vulcanized molding of a rubber elastomer. SOLUTION: The jig with almost flat top face 32 is used as the diameter enlarging jig 30 which is pressed against the end face 20a of the inner cylinder 12, when end part 18a of the inner cylinder 12 in the axial direction is enlarged in diameter by cold plastic working after the rubber elastomer 16 is firmly fixed to the circumference of the inner cylinder 12 by vulcanized molding. While turning this enlarging diameter jig 30 on the conical track centering on the axis x0 of the inner cylinder 12, the top face 32 is pressed onto the end face 20a of the inner cylinder 12. Thereby, only the external diameter side is enlarged by restraining the enlarging of the inside diameter side of the cylinder end part 18a.
