PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear actuator with a cushion mechanism in which a stroke of a slide table can widely be secured and which can be made compact in size and simultaneously is superior in maintenance performance. SOLUTION: The linear actuator is provided with a track carrier 11 whose both ends are opened and having a guide rail 12, a slide table 13 linearly reciprocating being guided along the guide rail 12 on the track carrier 11, a driving means 16 attachably and detachably equipped on the side of the track carrier 11 and driving the slide table 13, a plurality of cushion members 14 equipped to the slide table 13 in parallel toward respective directions of reciprocating motion and a plurality of collision blocks 15, which are arranged in both ends of the track carrier 11, on which a plurality of the cushion members 14 individually collide and abut at stroke end of the slide table 13 and make the running of the slide table 13 stop. |
