PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a heat sink wherein the flexibility of the form of a fin is high and productivity is superior. SOLUTION: A built-up body 5, in which a wire member 1 bent in a prescribed form is clamped liquid-tightly by a pair of spacers 2, is arranged on an aperture end side 7 of a metal mold 6 for a base which is provided with a cavity 8 for a base. Both end portions of the wire member 1 are brought into contact in liquid-tight manner with the aperture end of the metal mold 6. A cavity which is closed to be liquid-tight by the cavity 8, the wire member 1 and the pair of spacers 2 is formed. By injecting molten metal in the cavity, a base 12 and a fin 13 having a prescribed integral form with the base 12 are formed. |
