PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the number of feed teeth of a ratchet gear in a short adjusting time without stopping the transmission operation of torque from a power shaft. SOLUTION: A cam 36 is adjacently installed in the ratchet gear 26. By the operation of a cam rotation adjusting part 38, the cam 36 is rotated by the specified angle, a ratchet feed claw 24 repeating circular arc motion is sprung up from the teeth of the ratchet gear 26, and the rotation of the ratchet gear is stopped, or by changing the number of feed teeth, the ratchet gear is rotated. Thereby, without stopping the transmission operation of the torque from a power shaft 18, the number of feed teeth of the ratchet gear can be changed in a short adjusting time. The number of feed teeth of the ratchet gear can simply be changed without requiring a skill.
