PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency of delivery and work by delivering a special asphalt mixture so far regarded as underiverable from a silo, from the silo. SOLUTION: In a device for manufacturing the special asphalt mixture using an asphalt binder, an aggregate, and at least one kind of adding material as an essential component, this manufacturing device of the special asphalt mixture has the heating storage silo for the asphalt mixture, a weighing device for the asphalt mixture discharged from the silo arranged in the lower part vicinity of a discharge gate of the silo, an adding material weighing device, and a mixer arranged under these weighting devices.
