PURPOSE: A composite material ladder is provided to reinforce intensity of adhesive portion as a weak point of the composite material by inserting a reinforcing material into the adhesive portion between crosswise and lengthwise rods of the ladder and enclosing the adhesive with the composite material. CONSTITUTION: The composite material ladder comprises a liner(11) introduced into an elbow or T shaped portion formed by crossing two straight pipes in order to supplement the weak position of adhered portion. The liner is prepared by admixing matrix of each layer and reinforcing material and by particular material having high tensile strength such as steel core and/or piano wire. The composite material ladder is produced by inter-arranging a plurality of liners to connect two straight lines adjacent to the adhesive portion at any desired angle; hardening the liner, the matrix and the reinforcing material; and assembling the crosswise and the lengthwise rods with the reinforced adhesive portion.
