PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only make a window-enlarged display of a specific place in a main screen display, but also display related information of characters or a drawing, etc., in the enlarged display. SOLUTION: When the main screen display having an area specified is inputted from an input part 2, a control part 3g reads corresponding data out of a map data storage part 1 and a main screen processing part 3a performs processing for the main screen display. The display data having been processed are displayed at a display part 4 through a composition part 3c. Then when the window-enlarged display of a specific part in the main screen display is specified from the input part 2, the control part 3g performs the processing for the window-enlarged display in the window screen processing part 3b. The display data having been processed are put together with the main screen by the composition part 3c. When a 1st decision part 3d confirms that related information is present in the window display and further enlargement is specified from the input part 2, the window display is replaced with a display of the related character information and when further enlargement is specified, the display of the related character information is replaced with a display of drawing information. |
