<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for controlling the rotational speed of a drive unit suitable for starting processes for internal combustion engines. SOLUTION: A target rotational speed is set at start and an actual rotational speed is measured to create a profile of transit of rotational speed. An electric machine is operated as a function of deviation between the target rotational speed and the actual rotational speed. In this case, the electric machine outputs braking torque and driving torque to an internal combustion engine. The electric machine is brought into a braking operation or a driving operation. In this case, in the driving operation, torque is received by the drive unit. At a rotational speed lower than the target rotational speed, the electric machine is brought into the driving operation. At an actual rotational speed higher than the target rotational speed, the electric machine is brought into the braking operation.</p> |
