PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data temporary shoring circuit for increasing the number of processings and improving throughput and performance. SOLUTION: This data temporary storing circuit is provided with a control MPU(micro processor unit), a temporary buffer memory, a disk interface and a magnetic disk. The control MPU temporarily stores the data of a processing part connected through the disk interface to the magnetic disk. The data are transferred as needed during data measurement between the MPU of the processing part and the control MPU, the data of the processing part are stored in the magnetic disk and a data gathering amount per scanning is increased. Also, since the data stored in the magnetic disk can be transferred to the processing part again at a high speed, the degradation of an image reconstitution processing speed is reduced and the processing is performed.
