PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a color image forming device by making the number of rollers smaller and to improve the image quality by obtaining sufficient meandering adjusting action. SOLUTION: In this color image forming device, a color image obtained by successively primarily transferring a plurality of color toner images to an intermediate transfer belt 30 stretched and laid between a driving roller 10 and a driven roller 20 and driven to circulate on the intermediate belt is secondarily transferred to a recording medium P at a secondary transfer part T2. The roller 10 is constituted so that its diameter is smaller than that of the roller 20, and the roller 20 is constituted so that its diameter is larger than that of the roller 10 as a meandering adjusting roller for the belt 30, then the secondary transfer part T2 is formed at the winding part of the belt 30 on the roller 10.
