PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal-generating device which can generate a high-frequency signal, etc., for an array antenna test, using a simple and inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: The signal-generating device is equipped with multiple signal generating channels individually, including direct digital synthesizers (DDS1 to DDS4) which generate sine wave signals having controllable frequencies, phases, and amplitudes and a control part (CNT) which the phase and amplitude relation among the sine wave signals outputted from the respective signal generating channels, by controlling the direct digital synthesizers (DDS1 to DDS4) of these signal generation channels.
