PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an air vent valve for discharging air flowing into a trap at a position free from the influence of an abnormal pressure generated in a primary side of piping and without receiving the influence of the installation of a protecting shell for protecting a ball float. SOLUTION: This air vent valve to be opened and closed by the temperature of a fluid flowing into a trap main body to discharge air flowing into the trap main body to a secondary side is arranged between the trap main body and a cap by displacing it the side direction from a vertical axis line of the ball float, and connected to a secondary side connection port.
