PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proportional solenoid valve capable of enhancing assembling workability. SOLUTION: By constituting a bobbin 21 of a molded member 12, a coil 22 is wound for forming a solenoid 23. By constituting a nozzle 24 at the lower part of the molded member 12, a sheet 26 having a flowing aperture 25 is subjected to an insertion molding. An assembly member 31 sub-assembled is fitted in the bobbin 21. The assembly member 31 is constituted by a yoke 41 supported to a bracket 13, a guide 42 fitted to the upper part of the yoke 41 and a core 43 fitted in the upper part of the guide 42. A plunger 45 is vertically movably retained in an internal space 44 surrounded by the core 43, the guide 42 and the yoke 41. The lower end of a rod 51 of the plunger 45 is downwardly projected through an insertion hole 56 of the yoke 41 and the plunger 45 is downwardly urged by a coil spring 58 to close the flowing aperture 25 of the sheet 26 by a valve part 59 at the lower end of the rod 51.
