PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide appropriate service without informing positional information indicating an accurate present position of a positional information transmitter to a positional information receiver. SOLUTION: In a communication system 1 composed by connecting the positional information transmitter 10A (10B) capable of acquiring and holding positional information indicating the present position of one's station or calculating positional information indicating the present position of one's station to the positional information receiver 20 providing a service using the positional information sent from the positional information transmitter 10A (10B) via a network 30, when the positional information transmitter 10A (10B) sends the positional information indicating the present position of one's station to the positional information receiver 20, it adds appropriate error to the positional information before sending it, and the positional information receiver 20 provides a service to the positional information transmitter 10A (10B) using the received positional information added with the appropriate error.
