PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network shopping system which is safe to a buyer side by making a seller side of network shopping guarantee the quality of various produced components. SOLUTION: In the net auction system including a WEB holder server 20 which provides a site for net auction, a seller-side terminal 12 which provides article information to be provided for the site for the WEB holder server 20, and terminals 14 of a buyer A and a buyer B for participating the net auction by accessing this site, the seller-side terminal 12 sends article information including the agreement of guaranteeing the quality of a desired article to be sold by the seller side to the WEB holder server 20, which displays the article information received from the seller-side terminal 12 and the information showing that the seller side guarantees the quality of the displayed article.
