PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ideal manufacturing method for a solid lubricant filled rolling bearing capable of obtaining high productivity and mass manufacturability, and of suppressing increase in manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: A mold 10 comprising a fixed mold 11 and a movable mold 12 is provided with inner and outer rings 21, 22 in a rolling bearing and a plurality of sleeves 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b producing a filling space 23 inside a bearing. These sleeves 13a, 13b, 14b are disposed so as to be freely movable forward and backward, energized to respective abutting parts E with sealed grooves 21a, 22a of inner and outer rings 21, 22. The solid lubricant which is at a molten state in the filling space are pressurized and filled in such a manner that the respective sleeves 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b are pressure-welded to respective abutting parts E with an inner and outer rings 21, 22 as a filling boundary. |
