PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple type underwater communication equipment using sound frequency instead of an expensive underwater communication means utilizing ultrasonic waves and frequency used hitherto. SOLUTION: Sound collected by a microphone 3 is amplified by a sound amplifier 4 and the amplified sound is radiated from an underwater speaker 14 into water through a sound power amplifier 13. A microphone, an amplifier and a bone conduction type receiver are used for a receiving part in the underwater communication equipment.
