PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing bar connector capable of connecting reinforcing bars to each other or connecting the reinforcing bar to a combined element by quick work at a site. SOLUTION: The reinforcing bar connector is composed of a first hollow pipe column body and one sleeve, the first hollow pipe column body includes a male screw section and an inside pipe section, the inside pipe section includes a first inside diameter section and a second inside diameter section, a pipe diameter of the first inside diameter section is smaller than a pipe diameter of the second inside diameter section, the sleeve includes the first end, the second end and a receiving hole section, a female screw section is provided in the receiving hole section, the male screw section of the first hollow pipe column body is screwed in the female screw section of the receiving hole section each other, the first hollow pipe column body is thereby sleeved on the head end of a first reinforcing bar, and the first reinforcing bar and the sleeve are connected to each other by the first hollow pipe column body.
