PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a driver by simple operation when the driver of peripheral equipment on a network is not installed. SOLUTION: Connecting state information on the whole PCs and the peripheral equipment on the network is acquired in a prescribed PC, and setup state information on the driver of the peripheral equipment of the respective PCs is acquired. When setup of the driver is instructed, an instruction is sent to the PC instructed on the driver instructed by a user so as to execute setup processing, and the setup processing of the driver is executed according to the instruction. A determination is made on whether or not the setup processing of the driver normally finishes, and when the driver can be normally installed, a normal finish message is transmitted to the PC instructed on setup. |
