SOLUTION: Since cases, advisers, and mini-learning aids are unitarily managed, each learner can receive introduction to a case or an adviser optimum to the question of the learner by gaining access to an adviser/case introduction server 12 via a network 10 regardless of his location, thereby knowledge can be accurately supplemented in an urgent situation. A database is updated each time the leaner gains access, the latest data can be invariably secured, and the case database can be enriched according to its utilization.
