ALIPHATIC POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a film made of an aliphatic polyester resin which is excellent in gas barrier properties, transparency and flame retardancy. SOLUTION: The film comprises an aliphatic polyester resin composition containing 0.5-40 wt.% of a lamellar silicate having a nonionic surfactant between its layers and 60-99.5 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester.
