PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an intake port for generating variable tumble is provided to form tumble by streaming air through different passages with minimizing flow resistance of air, and to cut down expenses with simple structure in the limit space. CONSTITUTION: An upper mold is manufactured to form a first passage of an intake port(S1), and a lower mold is manufactured to form a second passage of the intake port(S2). A stepped part is formed to install a metal sheet between the upper mold and the lower mold(S3), and the metal sheet is assembled with the stepped part(S4). The upper mold is assembled with the lower mold, and the mold is filled with sand(S5). An intake port core integrated with the metal sheet is manufactured with separating the mold(S6), and assembled with the cylinder head mold. The cylinder head is manufactured with eliminating sand from the intake port core(S7). Tumble is formed with minimizing flow resistance of air, and expenses are reduced with simple structure.
