PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reaction efficiency of hydrogen addition reaction or dehydrogenation reaction utilized for the storage or the supply of hydrogen. SOLUTION: The hydrogen storage/supply apparatus 30 is provided with 1st liquid vessels 31 and 32 each housing a hydrogen storage body or 2nd liquid vessels 31 and 32 each housing a hydrogen supply body, a reaction furnace 35, where the hydrogen addition reaction or the dehydrogenation reaction is performed and a catalyst 42 used for the hydrogen addition reaction or the dehydrogenation reaction is included, a jetting structure part having a jetting nozzle 44 for jetting the hydrogen storage body or the hydrogen supply body to be supplied to the reaction furnace 35 mistily toward the catalyst 42 and a cooling vessel 36 for cooling the hydrogen storage body or the hydrogen supply body generated in the reaction furnace 35.
