SOLUTION: This data providing system can present service such as that a data providing device generates providing image data of reusable providing image by setting an advertisement image in a template image in which a user image can be set like to be overlapped with the advertisement image and transmits the providing image data and a data acquisition device makes providing images being based on the received providing data to be displayed on a prescribed display means and sets the user image in the template image of the providing images like to be overlapped with the advertisement image and, whilst the user image is taken out, makes the providing image data to be utilized for the sending of the user image only by the user who sees the advertisement image with the providing images by generating sending image data of sending images which are to be displayed together with the template image while giving a higher priority the user image than the advertisement image and by transmitting the sending image data to a prescribed address via a network and, thus, the system can exactly provide services to users.
