PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing a precursor of an ultraviolet absorber, having excellent preservation stability hardly accompanying an image defect caused by crystallization of the precursor of ultraviolet absorber even if the composition is kept in a high-temperature condition. SOLUTION: This composition contains the ultraviolet absorber represented by general formula (1) wherein, R1 to R3 are each a group represented by general formula (1-1) [wherein, R10 and R11 are each a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group; X is an oxygen atom or NR13 (R13 is a hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group); R12 is a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group or an aromatic group] or formula (1-2) (wherein, R14 and R15 are each an alkyl group, or form a cyclic alkyl group by bonding to each other); R4 to R6 are each a group capable of being deprotected by heating; R7 to R9 are each a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic group, a halogen atom, an alkoxy group or an aromatic group). |
