PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive image device by efficient wiring. SOLUTION: A panel part having a pixel part, and 1st and 2nd integrated circuits which have a pixel part forming pixels from electrodes holding electro- optical conversion members between them on the panel part, having a substrate for an external connection connected with the panel part and having at least built-in driving circuits of the pixel part, are connected with input wiring and output wiring; the 1st integrate circuit is arranged on the panel part or the substrate for external connection; the 2nd integrated circuit is arranged on the panel part or the substrate for external connection; and the 1st and 2nd integrated circuits are sequentially arranged in the direction from the substrate for external connection toward the pixel part.
