PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-free screw compressor capable of reducing a thrust force acting on a bearing without oil of the bearing supporting a shaft of a screw rotor in a motor. SOLUTION: In this oil-free screw compressor 1A, the motor 14 is arranged on suction sides of a pair of male and female screw rotors meshing mutually, either of the screw rotors 16 and the motor 14 have the shaft in common each other, and a piston 41 is provided as a pressure receive part generating a force by a fluid pressure in the direction of advance from the motor 14 toward the screw rotor 16 in a shaft end part on a motor 14 side of the shaft.
