PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution intermediation system through which the terminal of a user side can efficiently receive desired distribution data from blooding distribution sites for multimedia such as music. SOLUTION: The distribution intermediation system 1 which is connected to a plurality of distribution sites 2 having multimedia data and a terminal 3 so as to transmit data and which transfers the multimedia data distributed from the distribution sites to the terminal is provided with a data control means 11 which stores and manages the multimedia data distributed from the distribution sites, a format conversion means 12 which converts the format of the multimedia data stored in the data control means according to an implementation specification in the terminal before transmitting the data to the terminal, and a charging settlement means 13 which manages charging to the terminal for the multimedia data transferred to the terminal and a settlement to the distribution site. |
