<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect duplication of a terminal identifier between hidden terminals and to facilitate its settlement. SOLUTION: When a terminal receives an address duplicate check packet, the terminal compares a duplicate check address with an IP address of its own terminal, transmits a duplicate notice packet when they are equal to each other, or checks whether or not an address cross-reference list stores the duplicate check address when they are not equal. When the cross-reference list stores no duplicate check address, the terminal newly registers the address. When the cross-reference list stores the address, the terminal compares a combination between the stored duplicate check address and a sender physical identifier of the duplicate check address with a combination stored in the cross-reference list. When they are equal to each other, the terminal resets an address corresponding storage timer. When they are not equal, the terminal revises reception setting of a packet reception means 83 so as to be also to receive a packet having the duplicate check address and the sender identifier of the duplicate check packet as a destination physical identifier, starts a duplicate notice packet transmission wait timer 81 and transmits the duplicate notice packet when the duplicate notice packet transmission wait timer 81 expires.</p> |
