<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test and evaluate durability of an inner bead rolling tool for smoothening a bead formed in an inner face of a welded steel pipe. SOLUTION: This testing device has a housing, a frame arranged inside the housing, a testing body holding tool fixed on the frame, the inner bead rolling tool of the testing body, a work coil for heating the testing body, an induced heating electric power source for supplying electric power to the work coil, a temperature regulator for regulating a temperature of the testing body, a disk-like mating member contacting with a roll face in an upper face of the bead rolling tool and arranged to be rolled, a mating member holding roll for holding the mating member removably and rotatably and arranged in the housing via a bearing, a drive for rotation-driving the mating member holding roll, a load loading device for loading a load to the testing body via the mating member held by the mating member holding roll, and a load cell for measuring the load.</p> |
