PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monocomponent-type sealing composition not only having excellent adhesion, water resistance and weather resistance, but also capable of being cured at room temperature. SOLUTION: This sealing material composition contains a polyoxyalkylene- modified polymer obtained by carrying out a radical polymerization of (a) a fluoroolefin, (b) an acrylic ester monomer having a 4-8C hydrocarbon-based ester part, and (c) a monomer having a silyl group containing a methoxy group and/or an ethoxy group, regulated so that the content of the part consisting of the polyoxyalkylene in the polyoxyalkylene-modified polymer may be 10-50 wt.%, and the composition of the polymer part formed by the polymerization of each monomer of (a) to (c) may be composed of 5-25 mol% component (a), 74-94 mol% component (b) and 0.01-1 mol% component (c).
