PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the easiness of retrieval while maintaining the quantity of retrieved objects and retrieval performance as to a system having a keyword- retrieval database and a database of special classification code retrieval. SOLUTION: A retrieval keyword input part 1 requests retrieval from the keyword-retrieval database 3 based upon an inputted keyword, a classification code specification part 4 specifies a special classification code with high correlation according to the retrieval result and requests retrieval from the special classification code database 5 according to the specific special classification code, and a retrieval result output part outputs the retrieval result.
