PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize blind touch which does not require any special training. SOLUTION: A keyboard input device is constituted of total 7 key groups. A postpositional particle consonant key group (1R), an auxiliary verb consonant key group (2R), and a consonant key group for contracted sound or the like (3R) are arranged at the right hand side and a vowel key group (1L), a punctuation key group (2L), the other consonant key group (3L), and a voiced sound consonant key group (4L) are arranged at the left hand side.
