PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a factory water supply system capable of properly controlling intake pumps in a plurality of water sources, making the same flow rate flow into a confluent point from each water feed pipe passage even if loss of each water feed pipe passage from each water source to the confluent point differs, and securely supplying water to a factory even if a water receive tank and a conveying pump are omitted. SOLUTION: In the control for making a water pressure in a confluent header 5 which becomes the confluent point of water feed pipe passages 4 coincide with a target value, each inverter part 3 amplifies a control signal once by a gain set by corresponding to loss of the water feed pipe passages 4 after receiving the control signal, controls an induction motor of the intake pump 2 based on the control signal after amplification, and makes a feed water amount coincide with a inflow amount into the confluent header 5 substantially as a water amount determined by taking loss of each water feed pipe passage 4 into account so that water supply is not affected by each water feed pipe passage 4, intake of water from each water source is maintained in a proper scope, and the water receive tank and the conveyance pump are not required, thereby reducing introduction cost of the system greatly.
