PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access device to information corresponding to a user facilitating access to various sites such as a portal site adapted to preference of the user. SOLUTION: A user information accessing machine 14 receives terminal identifying information (a telephone number) sent from an information terminal 10 (a mobile phone) and has the information terminal 10 access to portal sites 20a and 20b corresponding to the terminal identifying information (the telephone number) on the basis of recorded contents of a correspondence recording part 16. Consequently, the user does not need user ID or the like for accessing as long as the user has the telephone number of the information terminal 10. Accordingly, access to the portal sites 20a and 20b is facilitated. Information corresponding to the telephone number of the information terminal 10, namely, information corresponding to the user of the information terminal 10 is recorded in the portal sites 20a and 20b (normally, there is only one user to one mobile phone). Consequently, the user of the information terminal 10 can access to the sites 22a and 22b or the like suiting one's preference.
