THIN FILM TRANSISTOR SUBSTRATE OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor substrate of a liquid crystal display and a method of fabricating the thin film transistor substrate are provided to produce low-resistance lines and to secure reliability of contact portions. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines(22,24,26) are formed on an insulating substrate. Data lines(62,65,66,68) are formed on the substrate, being insulated from the gate lines. A passivation layer is formed on the gate lines and data lines, and then patterned to form a contact hole(74) exposing the gate lines or data lines. A transparent conductive film pattern connected with the gate lines or data lines through the contact hole is formed. The surface of the gate lines or data lines are processed with plasma.
