PURPOSE: A process for producing a solid product, a process for producing a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerisation using the solid product, a process for producing a catalyst for olefin polymerization using the solid catalyst component, and a process for producing an olefin polymer using the solid catalyst are provided. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing a solid product comprises the step of reducing a titanium compound represented by the following formula 1 with an organomagnesium compound in the presence of an organosilicon compound having a Si-O bond and an inorganic fine particle, wherein "a" is a number of 2 to 20, R2 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and X2 is a halogen atom or a hydrocarbyloxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and all of X2 may be the same or different from one another. The process for producing an olefin polymer comprises the step of polymerizing an olefin in the presence of a catalyst for olefin polymerization obtained by a process comprising the step of contacting: (a) a solid catalyst component for olefin polymerization obtained by a process comprising the step of contacting: (i) a solid product obtained by a process, which comprises the step of reducing a titanium compound represented by the following formula 1 with an organomagnesium compound in the presence of an organosilicon compound having a Si-O bond, an ester compound and an inorganic fine particle, wherein "a" is a number of 2 to 20, R2 is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and X2 is a halogen atom or a hydrocarbyloxy group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, and all of X2 may be the same or different from one another, (ii) a halogenation ability-carrying halogeno compound, and (iii) an inner electron donor compound, (b) an organoaluminum compound, and (c) an outer electron donor compound.
