PURPOSE: Provided is a necklace for a cellular phone which attaches character for cultural products, accessories, dolls or so on to the necklace for the cellular phone so that it helps to create one's own personality and interest. CONSTITUTION: The method to attach various local cultural products to the necklace for the cellular phone is characterized by comprising the steps of: (i) attaching various local cultural products like Dolhalubang, traditional masks or so on, accessories, dolls or so on to an adjuster for the necklace for the cellular phone; and (ii) attaching various local cultural products like Dolhalubang, traditional masks or so on, accessories, dolls or so on to the necklace for the cellular phone.
