PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, an image processing method and recording medium which can correct color balance easily and quickly. SOLUTION: This image processor performs desired image processing to an image input signal and outputs an image. The processor with a table housing means 20f which houses prescribed points on a color chart where color components change continuously, and corresponding color component values which correspond to the prescribed points as a table, and a color correcting means 20a which refers the table and obtains the amount of correction to the image input signal based on the corresponding color component value corresponding to a specified point on a designated color chart.
