PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve versatility of a template image. SOLUTION: This data providing device embeds an embedding image in the template image, forms and transmits providing image data on a reusable providing image embedded with a program for executing processing according to the content of the template image and/or the fitting image, embeds a user image in the template image of the providing image based on the providing image data received by a data acquiring device so as to be superposed on the embedding image to be preferentially displayed up to removing the user image, transmits sending image data to an addressee by forming the sending image data of a sending image for starting the program according to an instruction on the user image to embed the user image in the template image, can send an image to the addressee by easily forming the user original sending image for executing the processing in response to the content of the user image according to the program instead of a lower side embedding image, and can remarkably improve the versatility of the template image.
