PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a present situation information providing system which can reduce the missing of a buying chance on a buyer side and the missing of a selling chance on a seller side, is usable anywhere by the use of a terminal device that a user owns, and eliminates the need for troublesome operation such as the insertion of a coin. SOLUTION: In this system, a user terminal device 1, a used-person terminal device 2, and a managing device 3 are connected through a communication network 4; and the used- person terminal device 2 has a communication part 7 which sends current situation information to the managing device 3 through the communication network 4, and the managing device 3 has a reception part 10 which receives the present situation information sent from the used-person terminal device 2, a database 11 which stores the received current situation information, a retrieval part 12 which retrieves the current situation information stored in the database 11 at a request from the user terminal device 1, and a present situation information display part 13 which displays the corresponding present situation information obtained by the retrieval on the user terminal device 1. The user terminal device 1 has a browsing means for browsing the current situation information managed by the managing device 2 through the communication network 4. |
