PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimate site system that enables a customer to select a construction agent of appurtenant work when a house maker receives an order for house construction. SOLUTION: Procedures that the house maker has to take part in are reduced in the process of reaching an agent decision, and the burden of a salesperson of the house maker is reduced. The principle of market mechanism is generated among a plurality of agents because the estimates of the plurality of agents are compared, and an appurtenant work that is less expensive and higher quality can be offered to the customer. |
